You know those plans I had to decorate for Fall this weekend.
Yeah.
I totally forgot that my husband had a leadership retreat with our college students.
So, I held down the fort with my three kiddos and organized all of my scrapbook stuff.
When I get a free minute {yeah right} I can finally get caught up.
The picture of the beautiful kitchen window has absolutely nothing to do with Fall.
I just saw it and loved it and wished for the day when I have a window that opens out into the world.
Well, at least you have your scrapin' stuff together. That was on my to-do list during the last school year. Maybe this one?

ReplyDeleteNow that our vacation is over, I am starting to look forward to the crispness of fall...making stew...pumpkins on the porch...the spicy smell of crunchy, dried leaves :-)
Can't wait until fall although I don't think it's going to cool off anytime soon!

Bummer, I was so looking forward to seeing your house transform. I am glad you still were able to be productive, I always have to squeeze in scrapbooking when I can too!

ReplyDeletelast year i think i had my halloween decorations up at the end of aug. because of the summer we've had that won't happen this year.
Wait until the air cools and the shift happens. Then you can enjoy it all the more:) Loved that pic!
