Here's our list of fun things to try to do together this summer.
I wanna give credit where it's due...I totally copied this idea from Meg last year.
It works for us...if we make a list, it's out there, and we try to cross everything off.
Meg put hers on her awesome chalkboard wall, but I just did what she's done every other year,
and I put it on poster board!
Cheap and Easy.
I don't know about you, but if I'm not intentional about doing our list,
we usually don't have near the fun that we wanna have during the summer months.
Are you making one?

ReplyDeleteLove your list! I am making a similar one ...My Fifty before 50.. To post next week. List are good. They remind me to do what I want & need to do.
ReplyDeleteSummer fun, indeed.
ReplyDeleteI gotta do one of these too! I like the one on your list about watching Little House on the Prairie. I love that show, we should do that too. It seems like they have a festival or Laura Ingalls Wilder days or something not far from here...maybe where she lived...that would be fun :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea. I'll try it. That would be a great poster to copy and print. It would be a fantastic framed print for sale.
ReplyDeleteYour summer list makes me smile!!! Oh how I love summer..... And I best get my list made!!!!!

Yes - haven't stopped swimming since school was out last week. This is our first summer in four years! Grace was a competitive gymnast and spent 30 hours a week at gym. Our lives revolved around that. She quit and we have the whole summer! I am beyond excited. Loved your list like I always do:) We saw Kung Fu Panda and it was really cute. and Seabiscuit ( rented it ) and LOVED it! I have been praying for a study or something with women if it is for me this summer...praying Ephesians over your study group:) Amen
