I'm so excited that Jeanne Oliver's e-course starts next week.
I've never done anything like this before, and I think it'll be super encouraging and helpful.
Seriously, where was the course in 1996, when I bought that hunter green and white checked sofa?
The whole purpose of the course is to help those who sign up to figure out how to make their homes uniquely them.
I wish so bad that there were pictures tucked away somewhere of my first ever house.
Well, it wasn't so much a house as it was a 600 sf cinder block apartment, also known as family housing.
It was awful because it wasn't me.
Heck, I was only 23, so technically, I wasn't even fully me.
Most of the time our styles evolve as we do, and by the time we finally become more and more our truest selves,
we find our homes surrounded by things that don't fully represent us.
My favorite homes to visit are the ones that represent the people who live inside them.
Our home has become "us" and we feel comfortable in it.
I don't compare my home to other homes like I used to, because my home really represents our family.
If you struggle to love your home..to feel comfortable in it...to feel like it oozes the uniqueness of your family,
then I'm telling you, this course is for you.
You will see how five women figured out their own personal, unique styles.
Their journeys will hopefully help you figure out your own.
There's still time to sign up for it, and honestly, the price is affordable.

I know this post sounds like a total commercial, but my heart behind it is to encourage you to make your home a place that you and your family love to be.
What season do you love the most?
What colors are you drawn to?
What message do you want your home to speak to those who enter it?
Do you love art?
Do you love words?
Do you love pictures?
Are all the things you love the most represented in your home?
